You need to activate your card after you receive it and then print out an Acknowledgement of Receipt Form which you must sign and return to Banque Invik along with a copy of a passport or ID. In order to then use the card, you will need to first fill in your details, such as a password. Your password will be required every time you wish to check your card or account balance online, load or reload your Every Where Money account, use the card's online services or access any emergency services.

In order to load money onto your Every Where Money card over the Internet you will need to go into their website and log into your account. Then, enter the thirteen digit card number that you find one the back of your account card. You will then be asked to enter your date of birth and your password. Choose how much you want to load onto your card and enter this in, followed by your sixteen digit card number and the card's expiration date. Finally, you will need to enter the three digit code that you can find on the back of your card on the signature panel. Once all of this is done, you simply need to wait for the transaction to clear.

You can choose from a large variety of currencies in order to make the card more convenient for you to use. You can choose to load the card with US dollars, euros, British pounds, Swiss francs or Swedish Krona. Once you have loaded your card, it can take up to five working days for the money to appear in your account. Transactions are not free using Every Where Money. It is important to check with your local distributor regarding the exact fees and charges that Every Where Money charges for transactions made using their service.

In order to hold an Every Where Money account you must be resident of Belgium, England, Germany, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden or the Netherlands. United States residents are not able to open an Every Where Money account.
